Many of my friends have taken part on the Scottish Kiltwalks. This was my first experience and I wish I’d been involved earlier. It is extraordinarily moving to see so many folks having a fun day out with friends and family and raising money for their own good causes.I’m now looking forward to the Neurosciences Foundation’s own walking fundraiser which takes place in October with Team Neurotics strolling from North Queensferry to Edinburgh.

Dundee Kilt Walk 2023
On the 20th of August, 2023, Neurosciences Foundation Trustee, Phil Taylor, enjoyed the Dundee “Wee Wander”, the shorter of the two city events covering a beautiful 4.3-mile
route from Broughty Ferry along the banks of the silvery Tay to Dundee.
Braver souls undertook the “Mighty Stride”, stretching 20 miles from St Andrews to the City of Discovery.
Kiltwalk is Scotland’s largest mass participation walking event with over
120,000 people taking part since 2016. This year’s Dundee event was the
biggest ever with more than 3,700 walkers taking part.
