A variety of sources are used by us when fundraising for projects and studentships. These sources include company donations, trusts and other charities, wills, and personal donations.

There are a number of different ways that companies can support The Neurosciences Foundation from employees taking part in events such as the Kilt Walk, running a fundraiser at a company event, sponsoring a project or activity, or making a donation to our crucial work – please contact us to discuss how you can make a difference.

Charitable trusts and foundations have provided the bulk of the income secured towards the work of The Neurosciences Foundation since the charity started, enabling much of the excellent research and education already undertaken to be completed. We are always delighted to received grants and donations from these sources. Whether it is restricted or unrestricted income please do get in touch if you would like to support us.

The Trustees of the Foundation work with other charities fundraising for projects and studentships. Rigorous peer review of projects supported by us ensures that the research is of an extremely high standard.

Other charities can benefit from this process by teaming up with us to help fund, or part-fund, specific projects.
